Scottish Seas in Boston for the first time!

The Scottish Seas advance team came out to Boston for the 2017 Seafood Expo North America this past March. We had the opportunity to meet other producers, distributors and a handful of chefs while at the Show. 

It was great to see fellow Scots in the aisles (a few of them showed up wearing the same very stylish shoes! No one sent us the memo...).  On a quick field trip to Boston's famed Eatlay we found "wild langoustines" on sale. That would have been great, but these happened to be from New Zealand and are not actually langoustines (Nephrops), which means we still have a lot of work to do in this market.

Off to Brussels for the next show. Hopefully we will see you all there.
